Allen Hall

Allen Hall was built as part of a four-building housing complex started in 1966 and completed in 1967. The complex was bluntly named Dorms I−IV, Allen Hall was Dorm III and the first to get a new name. It was officially dedicated the Allen Memorial Hall on October 7th, 1967, named for Mrs. Allen, a lifelong Georgetown resident and alumnus of the college who left a significant sum to the college for the construction of a men's dorm. It is a men's residence hall that is primarily for upper-classmen and has 43 two-person rooms.
